Heronys (“we”, “us”) is a smart mobility and vehicle services company based in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what personal information is handled when you use heronys.com and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
heronys.com is an informational website. You can browse it without creating an account, and we do not run advertising trackers on it.
When you use the demo request form, the details you enter — your name, company, nature of establishment, number of parking spaces, phone number, email address and any comments — are delivered to us as an email through our form-delivery provider, or, if you choose the WhatsApp option, through a WhatsApp message you send yourself. We receive them at [email protected] or on +974 3346 6304.
If you call, email or message us directly, we receive the contact details and content you share.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals, and provide our valet and parking services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Hosting and service providers
heronys.com is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Demo-request submissions are relayed to our inbox by Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider. Messages you send us are otherwise processed by our email and messaging providers (for example your email service, and WhatsApp for messages you choose to send there).
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. We measure aggregate visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies and does not track individuals across sites. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete it. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
