What is certified
The certified scope is the maintenance of web pages and software, computer consultancy, facilities management activities, and the design and programming of specialised software — in plain terms, the way the Heronys valet and parking platform is designed, built, hosted and supported.
Each certification is a separate audit against a separate standard. Together they cover the questions a hotel, government facility or mall asks before letting a system read number plates and hold guest data: is the process controlled, is the data secure, is personal information handled lawfully, and is the AI governed.
Why it matters for a parking operator
A valet and parking platform sees every vehicle that enters a property and the phone number of every guest who requests a car. ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018 mean that data sits inside an audited security and cloud-privacy management system rather than on a vendor's promise.
ISO/IEC 42001 is the first international standard for managing AI responsibly. Heronys' recognition and dispatch models are covered by it — relevant to any operator who has to answer for an automated decision about a guest's car.
ISO 9001 governs how the platform is delivered: site survey, configuration, go-live and support follow a documented quality process, which is what makes multi-site rollouts across Qatar repeatable.

All five certificates were issued on 15 October 2025, are valid to 15 October 2027, and are due for recertification by 15 October 2029, subject to annual surveillance audits. Each carries a unique certificate number shown on this page.
